I kind of do it all. I thrive as a "floater" - someone who can adapt and solve problems in many areas. A typical day is different every day because of that, and I love it! I help answer calls, assist long-standing regular clients who know me, and new ones alike.

The people. I love the people I work with and the people I get to help. I enjoy being helpful - whether a little or a lot.
One that stuck with me
A woman I spoke with a couple of years back had recently been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. I was able to walk her through her options and find a plan that not only worked with her budget, but cut her and her family's out-of-pocket expenses down to less than $3,000 for the year. The savings on the prescriptions alone was over $100,000 that year.
The thing nobody tells you
There are tons of options out there for almost any situation. We want people to know that insurance is not only accessible, but easy to set up - especially with a team like us there to walk you through the entire process.
Sometimes the best way to solve your own problems is to help someone else.

The doctors told my parents I was a girl before I was born, only to be shocked to find out I was, in fact, a boy at birth.
