What keeps me here
When I am able to help someone out who has been having trouble finding the help they need - like helping someone find an insurance plan that works for them after they have been without insurance for years.
One that stuck with me
Back when I was a marketing agent for Murdock, I was working late one night and stumbled into a Subway that was about to close. I was able to help out a lady who was desperately trying to find affordable health insurance that would allow her husband, who had been dealing with several pre-existing conditions, to see doctors that could treat him. She thought I was a scam artist when I first walked into her store, but by the time I left, she was in tears, giving me a big hug, thanking me for helping out her family. Anytime I can step in and provide help when all hope seems lost, I feel the best.
The thing nobody tells you
