My day to day looks like building new relationships and supporting my team and the businesses I currently work with.
Specialties: Employee benefits strategies - implementing plan designs and other alternatives to someone's current (or not current) employee benefits.

I helped a local company called American Leak Detection save $45k annually on their benefit structure with an even better network and out-of-pocket cost. This is a huge win for me.
The thing nobody tells you
I wish business owners knew the importance of renewals - how there are so many different strategies involved with a benefits package and there's not a one-size-fits-all. Many business owners have a relationship with a broker, which is important, but is that relationship saving you time and money?
