Almost every 2027 Marketplace plan in South Carolina is an HMO. The only EPOs are BCBS's BlueEssentials and BlueConnect plans, and there are no PPOs on the South Carolina Marketplace. Our HMO vs. EPO guide explains the difference.
Networks vary by carrier and even by plan within a carrier, so check that your hospital is in the specific plan before you pick. Our guide to checking your doctors and prescriptions walks through it, and our agents can do it for you at no cost.
