One that stuck with me
I received a call from the wife of a client that I signed up for health insurance during open enrollment. When I signed him up, I had no idea that he was struggling with alcohol addiction. He needed to go to a rehab facility. She let me know that the plan covered all of his rehab and he has been sober for over a year.
The thing nobody tells you
That oftentimes a low premium means higher out-of-pocket costs.
