What keeps me here
As a former missionary, pastor, and teacher, my heart and passion to help and serve people remains the same. The greatest satisfaction I get is knowing that I helped provide affordable health coverage for someone who desperately needed it.
One that stuck with me
The day I met C.J. - an ex-convict. He teared up because of all the ways God had recently been blessing him: wife, child, job, and now affordable health insurance. I quickly realized that this encounter was not about insurance as much as it was about C.J.'s spiritual condition. C.J. put his faith in Jesus that day! And then I enrolled him on a $0/month Blue Cross plan!

I'm very involved in my church, and I worship with my family every Sunday. I attend my kids' games and spend time with my wife, kids, and grandkids. I love collecting sports memorabilia, vintage baseball cards, and Hot Wheels.
