I handle everything with groups. I bring them in, quote, enroll, and handle any changes or issues that the client may run into. I also quote and enroll individual clients.

What keeps me here
Building a genuine relationship with the clients and being able to answer questions and solve issues. I enjoy fixing problems, almost like solving a puzzle. I also love explaining complicated things in a digestible way.
One that stuck with me
I have a client whom I enrolled who, months later, was diagnosed with terminal cancer. He has sent me bill after bill showing him saving $20,000+ on just a single visit. He has outlived when the doctor projected that he'd pass. He told me that if it wasn't for me putting him on such a great plan, he would have chosen to skip the radiation to save his life savings, resulting in his death. He said that my walking into his Hardee's one random day saved his life.
The thing nobody tells you
The importance of it. I have heard many people say, "I don't ever go to the doctor," or something along those lines. If you don't take your coverage seriously, you could be in medical debt for the rest of your life. All it takes is one accident or one health issue that could have been caught sooner.

I love all sports. College football is by far my favorite (Georgia Bulldog football is my life). I also love playing basketball, ultimate frisbee, or anything that gets me moving. I also love hunting and fishing.
Hidden talent
It's not hidden, but I'm a talker. I love talking in front of crowds. I once aced a speech in college where I spoke about procrastination off the cuff.
