Simple - the people! The stories that I hear. I'm blessed to be able to see a need and try to meet it right there. Seeing the look of relief and joy on someone's face when they assumed coverage was unaffordable and find out that it is. Walking through all sorts of stages of life with my clients - I've been humbled and blessed to see so much.
One that stuck with me
It's hard to pinpoint just one specific moment, but the ones that stand out the most are walking into an establishment to see who needs coverage and they look at you stunned with words like, "God sent you here - I was just praying about this and I didn't know what to do or who to talk to." Reminds me exactly why I do what I do.
